Unlike most vineyard management companies that come from farming backgrounds, Sunbreak comes from decades of winery-based viticulture experience. This unique advantage offers our clients the added benefit of working with a team that better understands winery goals and interests, has grower relations experience and thus can better advise vineyard owners on how best to manage their vineyards and grape varieties to meet winery needs. While not serving as a grape broker, we can help you understand your winemakers needs and try to help you find a good match if your grapes are not under contract. Sunbreak can work with you on wine grape quality and improvement issues like better color, flavor profile, ripeness…all from a winemaker’s eyes which can make your grape sales more attractive.
